Our configurator is telling us that we need to change the “mobile” line to “configuration” in our configuration profile.
This is actually a good thing since we are in a configuration profile! For all of our users, this is a good thing because if we don’t update the profile to the latest version, we won’t be allowed to use the latest configuration. We already know that the profile we’re using is compatible with iOS 5, but for now, we need to update our configuration profile.
To update our profile, we need to go into config.php of our app and update the configuration section to the most recent version.
It’s great that we’re up to date with our configuration profile since we’ll be able to use most features we need to on the newly updated version. For now though, we need to go into the configuration profile page and update the configuration section to the latest version.
As it turns out, the problem was that we were using the version of the configuration profile that was most recent when we updated our app. So we need to update our configuration profile again. To do so, go into the app and click on the device settings icon. Then go to the configuration screen and update the configuration section to the latest version.
