Sometimes you need to ask for a windows password. I’ve never understood why anyone would need to ask for a windows password, but I’m sure there is an exception to the rule.
Its one of those rare occasions when you just have to ask, and you can’t refuse. This is because if you don’t know who you are asking, you can’t refuse. So asking a windows password is like asking for your bank password and trying to remember it.
To use windows I would need to enter my Windows user name and password. The reason I would use windows is because it has a lot more privacy than a full linux or mac OS install, but that’s not the point. The point is that you need to ask for Windows for a password so you can access files or programs that require a password.
So the reason I am asking is that I want to know more about linux so I can make my own Linux version of the game. I have played games before but never with a Linux install. So I have been using a Windows version for a while. I have just recently started using a linux install for game play. The reasons for this are that I am a mac guy and i want to play games on a mac and linux is not a major part of my work setup.
I know you’re not the only one that wants to install a Linux version of their game, but to be honest, I’m not sure how much of a priority this is. To be honest, I think it’s mostly the same reasons as the Windows version and I don’t have much of a problem with it.
I recently purchased Chrome and I was looking up how to install the “chrome” extension. I found this thread. After reading a few of the comments I decided to give the chrome extension a try.
My installation was pretty easy thanks to the instructions here. The first thing I did was go to chrome web store and install the extension. Once installed it will ask for a login password. Once you give it a password it will start to scan your system. I typed in my password and it worked. My chrome extension was installed and I was ready to go.
I think I’m going to try using it for a while just to see if it helps me remember things. If that works, I’ll install it on my other computer and see what happens. If I have any trouble I may need some sort of recovery method to install the extension again. I just don’t want to risk my computer in any way.
My extension has a list of all the windows passwords with all sorts of things like “Windows password, Windows password” etc. I’m going to try and make an icon to put on my desktop to make it easier for me to remember.
