The fact is, if we focus on making the most of our life, we’ll be happier. There was a time in my life when I could have just sat and thought, “Oh, I wonder how I’m going to manage my weight without doing this.” I’m not a massive person, but I’m pretty confident that I’ll be healthier and happier with more exercise.
That might sound like a simple statement, but it’s worth considering because it gives you a bit of perspective on your life. I can’t deny that I’ve always been a heavy person, but I’ve always been able to say I don’t know how I’m going to manage it. Im not a huge, massive person, I’m not even very small, but I have a lot of confidence that I will be healthier and happier with more exercise and less stress.
It’s easy to find people who claim to be “big” but then don’t actually seem to be. For example, I was once very big, but I’ve been downsized into a smaller body. I’ve always been a big person, and Ive always been a huge person. Ive been a big person for a long time and I have a lot of people who think I’m a little bit small.
