When I talk about a home’s construction, I often talk about the construction of the home being a process of building a house from the ground up. While the way that we build a home may or may not be the same for everyone, there are certain things that we do in the construction process that are universal.
One of the most important things in the construction process is the quality of framing. You can’t just stick a home together and expect it to stand for years. You need to take into account the way that it will be supported. The first step in that process is to take a look at your existing foundation. It is essential to make sure that the foundation is strong and stable for the next step, which is to build the roof and floor.

There are many different types of foundations and it can get a little confusing so the best way to keep it straight is to start with a couple of your favorite foundations and then go through the rest of the construction process. The ones we’re using in this trailer have been around for decades, but I would also recommend digging up any old foundations you have around your house.
What is a foundation? It’s basically the earth that sits on top of your home. If you’re familiar with the building process, then you probably already know it. But if you want to know more, you can read a very helpful article by our friend, Dr. Tony Buzan in his post on the topic at the bottom of the page.
The reason for that is that if you’re not careful you can ruin your home. Many foundation companies have special training programs for their employees in how to fix it before you move in. It’s not like people just pick up a drill and start tapping away. So a lot of those foundations are in concrete or steel. I wouldn’t recommend doing that to your house if you’re not planning on moving back in.
You could always just make one of those concrete house lifts, one that actually makes sounds. It would probably be a good idea to pick up a few drills too before you move in.
I don’t have kids, so I can’t speak from experience on this one. But I know that if my foundation hires an electrician or plumber, they are required to have an electricalian or plumber on team. A lot of foundations put a lot of emphasis on electrical work. They want their electrical work to be done right the first time and to go smoothly. They want to make sure everything is working correctly.
Do you know how to handle this? You can’t go wrong with an electrician or plumber, but you can’t leave a bunch of idiots in charge of your life. Especially if your kid has had an electrical experience in the last few years.
You can’t leave incompetent people in charge of your home. They can’t do everything you did when you were a kid. They can’t fix the weird wiring that you didn’t know about and that you had to call an electrician to fix. They can’t make a house that looks nice all the time. They can’t install ceiling fans that are too loud and then make you have to listen to music to fall asleep.
